As part of the EMLplus - Accident & Health team, you will be part of the wider Life and Casualty business unit. This is a Case Manager role undertaking full end to end case management under the Accident & Health scheme. To be successful in this role you would demonstrate an ability to be utilize best practice case management skills while managing a caseload of claims within the General Insurance Jurisdiction.

This will be a **permanent** position commencing as soon as possible,** **based in the **Sydney** **CBD** office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing a portfolio of EMLplus claims
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalised claims management strategies that support the achievement of high quality outcomes
- Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in claims management
- Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Sound analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Be outcome/results focused
