We might have a job for you as an English teacher.
- One of our clients in Canberra would like to have a one-to-one 30-hours General English tuition.
- The client wishes to have 2 x 2-hour lesson per week. Available from Monday - Friday, between 8am - 4pm
- Location: at the client’s home in BRUCE.ACT 2617
- Client’s current English level: Beginner, native Dari
- Motivation: “We have a team member who works for us who can speak Dari and Farsi, as he lived in Afghanistan and Iran his whole life. He now lives here, and speaks no English at all. He also cannot read or write in any language, including Dari and Farsi, which he can only speak. He would like to be able to speak English, and eventually read and write in English. We need someone who can speak Dari or Farsi, to teach him English.“Mostly interested in (listening, speaking, reading, writing) All of the above, in that order.”
- Student's age group: 45 -55
- Start date: as soon as possible

Ideal teacher should:

- Be a **native Dari speaker** of the language OR hold a teaching degree
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Have a valid working visa
- Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
