We are currently looking for dynamic, highly enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals for Sales Consultant position at our established stores located at Belconnen shopping center in the ACT. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a focus on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.

**Your duties vary but primarily include**:

- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
- Participation in sales activities and marketing projects
- Continuous work against money laundering and follow current regulations and procedures. Daily Branch Activities

**We are looking for individuals with the following qualities**:

- Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience,
- Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales,
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skill set,
- Overall flexible to work at both locations,
- Responsible with great attention to detail,
- Ability to complete tasks with great accuracy in timely manner,
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others,
- Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites, Must be fluent in English, fluency in other languages would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Hours**: 20-25 hours, potential shifts for 5 out of 7 days between the retail operating hours. Availability to work in the weekends is Must.
