**We are looking for an Associate Product Manager, Digital Enablement Issuing Services to join our Product and Services team.**

Reporting to the Product Manager, this role will support the proactive protection and promotion of Cuscal's growth. This will be done by assisting with the management of product or service lifecycles, including the delivery of budgeted ROI and end-to-end product or service management for Cuscal's products

As Cuscal’s Associate Product Manager, Digital Enablement Issuing Services, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Proactively support the Product Manager in monitoring and identifying performance issues by analysis of data and creation of management information regarding transaction volumes and profitability
- Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations and communications for products and services to clients and other stakeholders to assist in the education process and marketing of these products
- Support the implementation of product policies or procedures to ensure the products are profitable and comply with internal and external requirements.
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Manage Data analysis
- Oversee the contract (supplier and client) change management process
- Work with product teams to drive products to achieve KPIs, revenue and margin
- Provide analysis to assist stakeholders with knowledge and understanding of current and emerging trends within the marketplace
- Develop and maintain strong partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to audit issues in an appropriate and timely manner
- Actively participate in business continuity initiatives
- Management of compliance related matters and notifications of potential compliance breaches by way of escalation

You have a proactive mindset and are self-assured and have proven track record of working in a dynamic environment. With the ability to analyse situations and recommend a course of action, you possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

For the success of this role, you will have the skills to grasp information quickly and provide support to the Product Managers in a collaborative and efficient manner. Technical skills in presentation (MS Power Point/ Prezi), Wireframing/ UI/UX design and agile products (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira will be essential. A tertiary qualification in business or related field will be highly regarded.
