We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide 24/7 care for a male client transitioning from hospital to a new villa in Highfields. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to support an individual with complex care needs resulting from road traffic trauma.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Mobility assistance, including hoist transfers
- Pressure care management
- Meal preparation and support
- Personal care, including continence management
- Medication administration
- Supporting daily living tasks and facilitating community access

**Available Shifts** We offer consistent casual rosters, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and active night shifts. Please note that all shifts must be completed in full by the same support worker, unfortunately no amendments are available.

**CAS 10**
34.5 hours per fortnight

Week 1:

- Friday 1500 PM to 7:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM) - 8 hours
- Saturday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM (active) - 8 hours

Week 2:

- Tuesday 1500 PM to 2200 PM - 7 hours
- Saturday 10:00 AM to 1630 PM - 6.5 hours
- Sunday 1700 PM to 6:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM) - 5 hours

**CAS 11**
37 hours per fortnight

Week 1:

- Thursday 1400 PM to 2200 PM - 8 hours
- Saturday 7:00 AM to 1500 PM - 8 hours
- Sunday 1600 PM to 8:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM) - 8 hours

Week 2:

- Thursday 1700 PM to 6:00 AM (sleepover 2200 PM to 6:00 AM) - 5 hours
- Saturday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM (active) - 8 hours

**Pay Rates (SCHADS Award)**
**Casual - includes 25% loading**:

- Day: $33.96/hour
- Afternoon: $37.36/hour
- Active night: $38.04/hour
- Saturday: $47.55/hour
- Sunday: $61.13/hour
- Public holiday: $74.72/hour

**Essential Requirements**
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with **comprehensive** insurance
- QLD Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / QLD Yellow Card
- Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You modules
