**Nextt Toowoomba**are currently seeking** Permanent Part-Time** and** Casual Female Disability Support Workers** to join a supportive and established team in **Highfields**. Enjoy a calm, consistent working environment with fortnightly set rosters - supporting two lovely female clients in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home.

**Meet the clients**:
**Client 1 (42)**:
Female client with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and Anxiety. She loves music, bubble baths, Milo, and spending time with her mum. Her goals include staying safely in her home and staying connected with family and community.

**Client 2 (25)**:
Female client with Myotonia and Intellectual Impairment. She enjoys Disney, dogs, board games, and outings. Her goals are to build independence through life skills and community engagement.

**Rosters**:
**Your Role Will Include**:

- Manual handling (hoist and sling transfers)
- Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Medication administration
- Domestic support (cleaning, meal prep, laundry)
- Assistance with daily living and therapeutic routines
- Community access and social engagement

**Rates**:
**Permanent Part-Time (SCHADS Award - Schedule E SIL, before tax, includes leave)**:

- Day: $33.03/hr
- Afternoon (Mon-Fri, ends 8pm-midnight): $37.16/hr
- Active Night (starts before 6am or ends after midnight): $37.98/hr
- Saturday: $49.55/hr
- Sunday: $66.06/hr
- Public Holiday: $82.58/hr
- Sleepover: $57.99/night

**Casual (SCHADS Award - E3.1, before tax)**:

- Base: $33.96/hr
- Afternoon: $37.36/hr
- Active Night: $38.04/hr
- Saturday: $47.55/hr
- Sunday: $61.13/hr
- Public Holiday: $74.72/hr
- Sleepover: $57.99/night

**What We’re Looking For**
- Female support workers who are calm, intuitive, and reliable
- Comfortable with personal care and manual handling
- Skilled in building rapport and working within a strong routine
- A genuine interest in helping others reach their goals

**Essential Requirements**:

- First Aid & CPR (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card - Employee
- QLD Blue Card - Employee
- Driver’s licence + comprehensively insured vehicle
- Completion of “NDIS Quality, Safety and You” online module
