Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced **Female Disability Support Worker** looking to make a real impact? Join our supportive team at **Nextt Group**, where you'll provide care for two wonderful female clients in a **Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Highfields**.

**About the Clients** You will be supporting **two female clients** living with **Cerebral Palsy,**Intellectual Disability, E**pilepsy and Myotonia.**They require comprehensive and person-centred support to live independently and safely in their home.

**Key Responsibilities** You will assist with a variety of essential daily care needs, including:

- Manual handling (hoist and sling transfers)
- Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- Bladder incontinence and toileting
- Medication administration
- Domestic assistance (household tasks, cleaning, laundry)
- Supporting clients with all daily living activities

**Casual**
We have various casual positions also available for flexible coverage across morning, afternoon and nights.

**Casual Rates (incl. 25% loading)**:

- Day: $33.96/hr
- Afternoon: $37.36/hr
- Night (active): $38.04/hr
- Saturday: $47.55/hr
- Sunday: $61.13/hr
- Public Holiday: $74.72/hr

**What You'll Need**
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- QLD Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / QLD Yellow Card
- Completion of **NDIS Quality, Safety and You** online modules
