This is a great opportunity to join a successful Brisbane headquartered firm where the partnership respects and values the BD and Marketing function. Reporting to the BD & Marketing Director, the BD Manager will develop and implement strategic client and market-focused strategies to achieve practice and sector group growth objectives and work with the BD & Marketing Director to drive strategic firm projects. You will use your full suite of BD and marketing skills including key client planning, account management and pursuits, bids and tenders (with the support of a dedicated bid advisor) and strategic profile raising initiatives (working with marketing and communications focused team). Relationship building and partner/practitioner influencing and coaching are also key.

You will be part of a well-resourced, hard-working and collegiate team and work with a BD & Marketing Director who truly cares about the team and is a strong mentor. No two days are the same. This is an exciting time of change where there is a true opportunity to influence and lead, ideas are welcome, and where the team works together to get the job done.
- Law firm experience, either as a BD Manager or a Senior Advisor/Executive ready to step up
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with all levels of seniority
- A leader who is hands on and ideally has supervision experience
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, attention to detail and a sense of curiosity
- Enjoys a fast paced environment, likes variety, is flexible and works well as part of a team to do what is required to get the job done
