- A minimum of 1 years in a reception / administration role, preferably in medical/allied health setting;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- The ability to effectively multi-task;
- The ability to work independently and autonomously;
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-demand environment;
- Excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanour;
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team to help promote a positive workplace culture;
- Previous experience with practice management Halaxy will be well regarded

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
