Maintenance / Landscaping

**Introduction**:
Securecorp is currently looking for a safety conscious Maintenance Officer to work at a large aviation facility located north of Brisbane.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week with a 2 week rotating roster.

**Week 1**: 0600 hrs - 1406 hrs

**Week 2**: 0954 hrs - 1800 hrs

You will be paid a flat rate of $38.19 per hour and a weekly tool allowance of $26.80

**Description**:
**Your main duties will include**:

- Repairs to doors and hinges
- Minor plaster repairs and repainting
- Replacement of floor tiles (small quantities only)
- Replacement of carpet tiles (small quantities only)
- Minor repairs to offices, and office furniture
- Minor repairs to public seating, tables and chairs
- Repairs to the check-in counters including doors and cupboards
- Installation of bollards, protective stripping and associated activities
- Repair and replace office equipment, including but not limited to, chairs and desks
- Minor ceiling repairs including but not limited to tile replacement
- General landscaping duties

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
- A trade qualification in carpentry, fitter and turner (or similar)
- EWP qualification
- Ability to obtain an ASIC card
- Excellent time management skills
