We are seeking an experienced **Electrical - Team Leader**to join our team in **South Wharf Melbourne**. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance inspections, reactive repairs, and general handyman duties across electrical systems and other facility maintenance disciplines. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems while maintaining the overall upkeep of the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
Manage and oversee a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate schedules and assign work orders to technicians based on priorities and skill sets.
Provide guidance, training, and support to maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
Address a wide range of maintenance tasks as required to support facility operations.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repairs, with strong technical expertise.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a facilities management or similar environment.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to electrical systems and general maintenance.
