**AWM Electrical & Data Suppliers** is a market leader in the supply and distribution of electrical and lighting products with a national network. Our Melbourne location is looking for a highly motivated, well organised full-time person to join their growing team as a storeperson / driver.

Our parent company, Metal Manufactures Limited, was established in 1916 and has become a large and diverse Australian company, of which AWM Electrical & Data Suppliers is a vital part.

As a **Storeperson / Driver** working for **AWM Electrical & Data Suppliers**, you will be mentored and trained by our experienced Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with the right attitude to learn everything about the electrical & data supply business and develop their own personal skills along the way in this diverse role.

**The role includes**:

- Managing the loading & unloading of all incoming & outgoing goods
- Picking and packing orders
- Warehouse product maintenance
- Deliveries
- General store work including compliance to Quality Management & WHS Systems
- Assisting our sales team with counter & phone sales where needed

**We are looking for a person with**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Great customer focus along with solid customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- An enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn & ability to work unsupervised
- Proficient computer skills
- High organisational and time management skills
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift license (not essential)
