The Murex Trading team provide best of breed software solutions to our capital markets clients, leveraging market insight and product expertise. The team delivers personalized support to our clients by providing tailored solutions involving derivatives pricing, trade processing and risk monitoring. The Trading team are involved at each step of the client’s journey from pre-sales to implementations, product extensions and production support.

We are looking for recent graduates or early career professionals who are keen to develop their knowledge of capital markets and risk management within the IT space.

In this role, you will be supported by Murex experts located in Australia, APAC and globally. You will work in a welcoming and supportive team who will guide you in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best and work with some of the largest financial institutions in Australia.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive and high-quality support to Murex clients related to pricing, structuring, P&L and risk analysis tools, and analytics.
- Ensure successful follow-up on client cases, from notification to resolution and validation.
- Understand the client business and deliver, within project timelines, a high-quality solution utilising Murex best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform through collaboration with the product development teams.
- Develop expertise in the Financial Services space and share this functional and technical expertise with our clients, partners and internally.
- Conduct training sessions to customers, partners and internally within the company.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or similar.
- 0-3 years’ experience in IT, banking or a related industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and proven team player
- Knowledge of SQL and Unix is an advantage but not essential
