**Your new role**

The Trade Marketing and Engagement Specialist is responsible for the planning and delivery of all trade marketing activities and marketing engagement across Australia and New Zealand. The role will work closely with marketing and sales leadership and sales support to deliver a robust, engaging and targeted trade marketing plan in accordance with the marketing and business strategy for the group brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Trade CRM: Management of Trade engagement through Microsoft Marketing and Dynamics 365 including developing consultant nurture paths, profiles and trend data.
- Social Media: In alignment with Global Marketing own the regional trade based social media content and activity. Influence, train and direct our Business Development Mangers on content approach and calendar.
- Work closely with Marketing Leadership and Sales to ensure that the trade marketing plans is aligned with consumer campaigns, creative and messaging.
- Trade Campaigns: Work with Marketing Leadership and Product Coordinators, to ensure all coop trade campaigns are aligned to company goals and focus.
- Trade Training: Develop and implement the regional ANZ ‘GFOB’ training platform in line with Global Marketing trade training toolkit designed to train and educate travel consultants on our brands.
- Travel Agent Portal: Lead the regional development of the Travel Agent Portal ensuring all content is relevant and help drive sales and conversions.
- Reporting and analytics: Post campaign reporting, running weekly stats on trade campaigns and digital performances. Provide monthly competitive analysis and trade update report and make recommendations accordingly.
- ITR Methodology: Implement an Investment, Time, Return approach to all trade campaigns and support requests.
- Roadshows and Events: Provide sales support with appropriate trade marketing material and tools for key trade events and roadshows.
- Trade Research: Develop and execute trade research and competitor surveys.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Knowledge and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related disciplines (highly preferable though not essential)
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a marketing or sales environment.

- Highly analytical, logical with strong decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Driven by targets
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and complete simultaneous task under mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an energetic, hands on team.
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to prepare articulate written correspondence and promotional material.
