**About Arova**
Arova is a fast-growing bathroom products supplier in Melbourne. We are currently looking for a hard-working warehouse store person to join our team in Mulgrave in a casual position, working between Monday to Friday.
This is a core position to efficiently receive, handle and dispatch goods in stores and warehouses. Ensure accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of the product is adhered to. Unload and load trucks and containers whilst monitoring key performance indicators. Ensure the warehouse & equipment is cleaned to standard on a daily basis.
**Role requirements**:

- Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures
- Picking and packing of orders and branch transfers
- Operate forklift and manually lifting in accordance with the OH&S standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers during their order pick up
- Carry out quality checks for received goods when required as per defined processes.
- Process and maintain the necessary documentation to control stock in the system.
- Carry out periodic partial or full stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy
- Liaise with the Sales Coordinator when product is low or there are count discrepancies.
- General warehouse duties, including keeping the warehouse organised and tidy
- Adhere to warehousing and inventory procedures

**What we require**:

- Full understanding of OH&S obligations
- Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to move large and heavy items
- Forklift licence required
- Excellent attention to detail, and good with systems
- Basic computer skills
- Team player
- The ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Good communication with customers and supervisor/managers
- Eligibility to work within Australia

Location: 10 GOODYEAR DRIVE, Thomastown, VIC 3074

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 27-38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
