Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the Warehouse.

**Duties**
- Assisting with the coordination of warehouse requirements and day to day workflow within the Warehouse
- Liaising with transport to create and process shipping document and ensure delivery schedule is met
- Processing Orders and Invoicing
- Assisting with inventory control and investigating stock abnormalities
- Administrative tasks and all Adhoc requests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Previous experience using Pronto (highly desirable)
- Excellent computer skills - experience with Microsoft Office Suites
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thomastown, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
