Sunshine Plaza is the largest shopping center on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Following a major redevelopment, Sunshine Plaza is the first super-regional shopping center in the region. It boasts the largest and most diverse retail offering on the Sunshine Coast.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join the Centre Management team at Sunshine Plaza shopping centre on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is an excellent opportunity to maximise brand awareness for a major retail centre, as you use customer-driven insights to develop and execute the asset marketing strategy including strategic promotions from inception to completion and post-campaign analysis.

Working alongside key stakeholders, a primary focus of the role will be community engagement, positioning and promoting the centre as a central hub to the surrounding community.

With the support of a Marketing Executive and Assistant, in this role you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and analysis of key performance indicators, including sales, traffic, budgets and market share, as well as managing valuable relationships with a range of key stakeholders, including customers, retailers, local community groups, senior management, external partners and suppliers.

To be successful in this role you will
- Be able to clearly demonstrate operational excellence.
- Must have experience in working in a highly collaborative environment.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar Retail Marketing Manager role.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing is preferred.
- Have a proven track record of managing multiple projects/tasks.
- Display excellent stakeholder management skills both from an internal and external perspective.
- Have demonstrable experience implementing carefully planned strategies and measuring the results.
- Previous people leadership experience.
