**About the role**

You will support the Content Manager and Coordinator in delivering high-quality content, focusing on long-tail SEO strategies to boost organic traffic. Collaborating closely with the CFC marketing team, you will create compelling landing pages that effectively respond to off-platform campaigns.

In this role, you will manage AEM backend workflows, ensuring compliance with content creation rules, retirement, and redirection processes. Adhering to brand guidelines, you will maintain a consistent tone and style across all content, while also proofreading and editing to ensure error-free delivery.

Your responsibilities will also include managing target workspaces, audiences, and personalized experiences, as well as identifying and resolving bugs to enhance content functionality. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented content creator with a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering exceptional online experiences.

**About you and your skills**
- 1-2+ years experience in content authoring - e.g., content author, content producer, ideally in a B2C retail environment
- Experience in AEM preferred or similar content management systems
- Experience in writing, editing, and publishing user-centred content for digital audiences

**You'll also have**
- Relevant tertiary degree, technical certification in content execution
- Content authoring skills on AEM or similar content platform
- Attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills
