About The Role

This role can be based in either our Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane or Gunnedah office.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all tenements, including maps, reports, and compensation and other agreements
- Support the monitoring of compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies related to tenements.
- Coordinate with exploration and mining teams to support activities within tenement areas.
- Ensure that exploration and mining activities are documented and conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the progress of exploration and mining projects and assist in reporting on their status
- Native Title and Land Access Negotiations
- Financial Management and Treasury Support

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Environmental Science, Geology, Law, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in tenement management or a related field within the mining industry.
- Experience with land access and regulatory compliance for exploration and mining projects
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to mining and land management.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
