**The role**

Opportunities exist for a Microbiology Analyst at our Salisbury Laboratory. You will ensure customer service expectations are met and that your area operates to appropriate quality and safety standards. This is a full time permanent position working full time from Monday - Friday.
- Preparing Microbiological media and standards
- Performing basic testing and sample preparation, utilizing aseptic technique
- Assisting with writing and reviewing documentation such as laboratory methods and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinating with Internal clients
- Performing basic calibrations

**What’s needed?**

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

- Diploma or Degree in Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 1 years laboratory experience
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Capacity to work effectively in a team
- Demonstrable knowledge of OHS requirements within a laboratory
