**About Attend Support Services**:
Attend are a modest Disability Support provider. Our main goal is to provide person-Centered supports in the home and community that are consistent and foster meaningful, long term relationships. As we expand, we are searching to add some more passionate support workers to our already amazing team.

We structure shifts around a “mirrored roster” basis which means we work to build a permanent roster that fits in with your availability and desired amount of working hours. We find this best supports our staff to find their ‘work-life balance” and promotes greater relationships between participants and support workers.

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate **Senior Support Worker** to join our friendly team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to individuals while supporting and working alongside other team members. You will play a key role in delivering person-centered care, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of day-to-day support and assistance to participants.
- Mentor and support other support workers, ensuring high standards of care are met.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks.
- Ensure participant’s health and safety needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and other service providers.
- Uphold the values of Attend Support Services through positive relationships with participants and their families.

**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Certificate III In Individual Support**(or equivalent qualification).
- **NDIS Worker Check** (must be current).
- **Assist with Medication Certificate** (required).
- **Manual Handling Certificate** (required).
- **Infection Control Certificate** (required).
- **Driver’s License** (valid and unrestricted).
- **Comprehensive Car Insurance**(current).
- **Police Check** (current).
- **Working with Children Check** (current).
- **Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates**.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven two years’ minimum experience as a Support Worker.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
