**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Utilise your passion for the dental industry and patient care in this pivotal role as a Practice Manager. You will take responsibility for the key performance areas that make the practice successful while working alongside the team. The team consists of 3 experienced Dental practitioners and a Dental Hygienist who is available to help.

**ABOUT THE PRACTICE**
This well established dental centre and been caring for the community in the Sutherland Shire, since 1950 and have built up a reputation for excellence and personal care. You are invited to work with an organisation that is passionate about providing Cosmetic Dental, Emergency Dentistry and General Dental Treatments to name a few. This role is offering a unique opportunity to grow and upskill with the practice long-term.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated ability in effectively managing staff, patients and visitors
- High process improvement focus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Implementing and maintaining stock orders and staff rosters
- Liaising with the marketing manager to drive initiatives
- Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation and

marketing patient monitors to measure success
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting

accurately covers KPI's adherence
- Experience with D4W is desired but not essential
