**Dental Assistant - Sutherland Dental**

Sutherland Dental is looking for a **friendly and enthusiastic Dental Assistant** to join our close-knit team in Sutherland. This is a **full-time position**, with prior dental assisting experience preferred.

**The Role**
- Chairside assisting
- Reprocessing and sterilising instruments
- Preparing rooms for clinical treatment
- Stock control and ordering
- Maintaining infection control standards and procedures
- Assisting with a wide range of dental treatments
- Contributing to our positive patient-focused and team-oriented culture
- Experience with Core Practice Dental Software preferred (training provided)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- A team player who shares our values of quality care, accountability, and efficiency
- Flexibility to assist across different roles within the clinic when required
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine interest in providing high-quality dental care
- Professional and well-presented manner
- Compassionate and friendly nature
- Experience in a modern dental practice (2-chair practice experience valued but not essential)

Pay: $49,900.00 - $87,891.63 per year
