**Who We Are**

Dibble is a young and exciting small producer of 100% plant-based and sustainable foods Our founder started Dibble in his apartment kitchen with a small blender and has since expanded to a custom-built food facility in Coburg North.

We’re passionate about sustainability and source majority of our ingredients from local suppliers. Our delicious foods range from condiments like mayo, aioli and sour cream to fermented products like sauerkraut.

We work collaboratively and with our business rapidly growing, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team This is a casual position however, as we grow together, we aim to promote motivated individuals to part-time or full-time roles with more responsibilities.

**Your duties and responsibilities**
- Accurately follow recipes and processes
- Blending and packing
- Process fresh vegetables
- Adhere to food safety procedures including basic data entry
- Maintain clean and safe working environment
- Operate food processing machinery (preferred but not essential)
- Help with general housekeeping

To be part of our team, you’ll need to be:

- Enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Physically fit
- Be on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Lift up to 25kgs (preferred but not essential)
- Basic knife skills
- Recent and relevant experience in food manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Full working rights
- Experience with vegetable processing will be highly regarded but not essential

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- COBURG NORTH, VIC 3058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
