Iteration Manager opportunity to work for a well known public sector client on a 2-month contract

**Your new company**

Our client is a public sector organisation located in Perth. They are looking for an experienced Iteration Manager to join their team on a 2-month contract basis.

**Your new role**

As an Iteration Manager, you are responsible for coaching and supporting the Product teams. You will facilitate and actively contribute to product team workshops, aligning them with roadmap targets and goals. You will champion agile practices, building awareness and capability within the product teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will foster an agile community of practice for continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience facilitating, coaching and supporting teams to plan their work, deliver business outcomes and continually improve their performance.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive an hourly rate of $69-76/hour + Super. Alongside this, you will get an opportunity to support and coach the product delivery teams responsible for delivering incremental change and benefit to the customers and business.
