The Bankwest Everyday Products Team creates simple, everyday solutions to build better financial literacy that helps to retain existing and build new customer relationships. We do this by providing customers and colleagues with an easy to understand product suite specific to their needs, while delivering tools and insights to help customers manage their money in the best way for them.

**Do work that matters**:This role involves management of deposit products; including the development of strategy, product design and portfolio pricing. Key to this role will be the ability to develop the required technical skills and collaborate with the product team to drive business decisions.

**On any given day you will**:

- Be responsible for creating a clear and compelling product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of product development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Analyze product performance data, gather customer feedback, and use this information to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product to enhance its value and competitiveness.
- Work closely with various stakeholders such as risk, change management, compliance and operational teams to ensure effective delivery of change.

**We're interested in hearing from people who possess a combination of the below**:

- Qualifications in computer sciences or a business related field (e.g. data science, finance, mathematics, statistics, business)
- Previous experience in an product management role is preferred
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Focused on process re engineering and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions
- Proficient to expert in using Microsoft Office suit
