We are a growing gardening business in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with a great Team of Gardeners and work environment. Award wages (Landscaping Gardening Award) Casual rate $27 - $33.50 per hr depending on experience. Currently seeking a skilled gardener to fill the role that would normally be 3-5 days a week - Monday to Friday. The role may lead to 5 days a week and full time. Please make sure you meet all the requirements and have 2-3 years of industry experience in a similar role in maintaining domestic gardens. Skills needed: Experienced running a vehicle as crew lead. Must take pride in your work and have an attention to detail. Able to drive a manual vehicle towing a trailer. Work well in a team environment. Able to achieve daily targets. Mowing Edging Lawns with brush cutter (Vertical edging) Hedging and Pruning. Ride on Mowing experience with "Zero Turn" mower. (Not essential but an advantage) Looking for someone who is reliable and punctual. Time management. Must have current Victorian Manual Drivers License. Ideally looking for someone seeking long term employment. The successful applicant will need a recent Police Check within the last 12 mths and meet all listed requirements.
