We have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen our unique brand. TDL now employs over 140 people on projects in Perth and the Southwest.

**THE ROLE**

Whether you're an experienced **Lead Gardener** looking to lead and mentor or an enthusiastic **Gardener** keen to get hands-on and learn, we have a place for you

TDL is seeking _entry-level and skilled_ **Gardeners** and _experienced_ **Lead Gardeners** to join our **Maintenance teams** across our commercial and residential projects. We’re looking for great people who thrive working outdoors and take pride in maintaining and enhancing beautifully maintained gardens and green spaces. We have full-time permanent opportunities available for immediate starts for working on our long-term contracts.

As a **Lead Gardener, **you will have experience in garden maintenance with a high attention to detail. Additionally, you will enjoy leading teams and mentoring to deliver quality garden maintenance services. A trade certificate in Horticulture or a related field is highly regarded, along with a **valid driver’s license** (_**MR or HR is preferred**_).

As a **Gardener**, we can train you if you are a reliable team player who is happy to complete a range of general landscape maintenance tasks, including:

- Pruning, hedging, weeding, and various gardening duties
- Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary, and ride-on mowing)
- Pest & disease control
- Irrigation maintenance

**To be successful in either of these positions you will be/have**
- Reliable, physically fit to perform the role and willingness to work to our health and safety guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, subcontractors, and customers

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
