As the Estimating Manager, you will manage the estimating and tender submission functions and lead a team targeting **significant open-market, select tendering and negotiated civil engineering and building construction projects**. - Assessing project delivery capacity and liaising with many clients and government departments in the planning, estimating and negotiating of projects and contracts.
- Coordinating and further developing the estimating function, including risk analysis and cost minimization strategies in project delivery.
- Leading and mentoring a team in cost planning and preparing project estimates and submissions
- Developing and leveraging strategic advantage opportunities and innovative value-add solutions.
