The Director of three successful Melbourne venues is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic bar manager/ supervisor for our Point Cook location.

A true love of the hospitality industry, energy and a sincere passion for achieving great results will be the cornerstones of the individuals who seeks out these opportunities.

The Company

We are a growing restaurant group with large large venues. Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in the creating an experience for all our guests.

Job role
- You will be responsible for coordinating, managing and training bar staff to deliver high quality beverages and service to guests
- Recruit, coach and mentor new bar employees including staff performance reviews and creating a strong team culture
- Assist the restaurant manager in rostering bar staff alongside the Restaurant Industry Award
- Assist in achieving operational costs and promoting efficiency in the bar
- Workplace compliance including Health and Safety, RSA, Award compliance
- Contribute to beverage menu planning and development
- Stock take and stock ordering
- Ensure bar cleanliness and safety

Who we are looking for:

- Previous bar manager or bar supervisor experience essential;
- Excellent people management skills;
- We are looking for someone with initiative and drive who thrives in a fast paced environment
- A professional and hands on approach with a willingness to learn and develop;
- Cocktail and barista skills are essential
- Commitment to achieving outstanding results in all areas of the business
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and public holidays

Salary and remuneration package negotiable based upon experience. Applicants can be considered for our other locations where available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
