Dandenong, Australia Glass Outlet Full time

Glass Outlet is a leading wholesale supplier of fencing, balustrade and showerscreen products to the trade only. Our distribution facility is located at **Dandenong South**. Other depots are located in Derrimut, QLD, SA, NSW and WA.

**We are seeking a dynamic person with strong customer service skills to join our fast paced Dandenong South distribution cente**r.

This is a key role where you will work side by side with existing customer service / trade sales team members. You will be supported by a dedicated accounts and sales team in addition to a strong warehouse network.

**Duties include**:

- Face to face counter sales to our wholesale customers with a view to outstanding customer service
- Assisting with phone enquiries for sales and product information
- Communicating to customers new product releases
- Responding to customer service matters and feedback
- Generating quotes, sales orders and invoices
- Processing payments (cash receipts, eftpos/credit cards etc)
- General administration as required

**Skills required**:

- Excellent time management
- Experience with software packages which relate to goods in/goods out
- Prior experience in the building industry with a basic knowledge of glass, aluminium etc is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication - verbal and written
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong attention to detail and a "can do attitude"
- Enjoy working in a team environment

Prior experience in trade sales will be highly regarded.

This is a permanent, full time position ideal for a person offering an immediate start with full training provided.
