We’re seeking a **Product Enablement Manager** to join Procore’s Technical Marketing team as a groundbreaking leader supporting Go To Market (GTM) in the APAC region. In Technical Marketing we are building a new function to enable our sales organisation with deep product knowledge and to build content, tools, and templates that drive market awareness and adoption of our solutions.
As a **Product Enablement Manager (PEM)** you are a primary expert in your assigned functional product area and a strategic partner and leader in driving field awareness. The PEM ensures that sales and customer success are fully equipped to sell the Procore platform. A superstar PEM is passionate about supporting fellow Procorians and collaborates closely with colleagues in product marketing, product management, and sales.
Product Enablement Manager provide functional and technical expertise and leadership to the field through the following programs:
- Product Content
- Knowledge Sharing Sessions
- Product Release Update Programs
- Procore Groundbreak and construction industry events
- Next Level Webinars for new products and solution investment areas
This role is Sydney based and reports into the Director of Technical Marketing.
**What you’ll do**:
- Create powerful story narratives that visually communicate the value of Procore products and platform to employees and customers in APAC, such as videos, screenshots, demos, or webinars.
- Configure and stage product instances to bring value based use cases to life.
- Lead field readiness efforts for new product features, new SKU’s, product investments and acquisitions to build knowledge and confidence in the Procore platform.
- Engage with Product Management, Product Strategy, Solutions Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, aligning strategic and tactical planning for Procore solutions.
- Assess the needs for new region specific content, tools, templates, project plans, training and methodology documentation
- Work with the sales and customer success ecosystem to identify gaps in Procore solution knowledge and develop strategies to close those gaps
- Keep the sales and customer success ecosystem up-to-date on new features and appropriately communicate impact to customers and project resources
**What we’re looking for**:
- Three or more years of experience in Technical Marketing, Product Enablement, Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting, or similar relevant experience required
- Presentation Skills: background in presenting, facilitating and creating presentation materials on a large scale with multiple audience types, including delivery in live, virtual, classroom, and recorded environments.
- Production Skills: Strong writing, video, photo editing, and/or demo creation experience.
- Experience working across an organization representing the interests of customers, sales, and customer success
- Experience leading change for a product area within a matrixed team/organization
- A deep connection to the construction industry and or the con-tech landscape is a plus
- Desire to grow and develop into new product areas and the broader Procore platform
- Ability to travel up 20% of the time
