
Operations Agent

**What you’ll be working on**
As on Operations Agent working within our Query Channel team you will be responsible for answering queries from customers, drivers and staff to ensure we exceed our client’s expectation on service enquiries and last mile deliveries, always striving to make every customer experience outstanding.
- Provide prompt resolution of customer service enquiries
- Create an open transparent communication channel in all dealings while maintaining integrity
- Contribute to the climate of active continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems
- Give direct observation and feedback to management
- Identify and act upon any opportunity for cost reduction
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Operational and geographical knowledge of Sydney metro and New South Wales
- Knowledge of freight management system procedures, scanning and compliance requirements
- Critical thinking and decision making
- High accuracy and strong attention to details
- Ability to review driver current jobs to ensure timely delivery windows are met
- Liaise with Despatch operators to assist major customers with their needs
- Transparent communication with all you deal with, while maintaining integrity
