**The Client**

International freight forwarder who supplies end to end logistics and supply chain solutions tailored to service a broad range of prestigious clients. Diverse and inclusive culture.

**The Position**

Reporting to the departmental team leader you will offer support by:

- Liaising with overseas teams to schedule and book shipments based on customer agreed transit times and official flight schedules
- Ensuring the adherence to time critical deadlines
- Following detailed SOP's to meet client service requirements
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Controlling orders and providing detailed track and trace updates
- Liaising with overseas operations to meet order requirements
- Preparing and reporting shipment status and exception reports

**The Requirements**

To be successful in this role you will display:

- Proven ability to multitask
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift roster
- Strong air freight experience ideally in a time critical environment
- Working knowledge of Australian Customs and AQIS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
