**Your Impact**

As Commercial Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level EA and administrative support to two Commercial Sales Directors & The Allpress global leadership team at Asahi Beverages. You’ll ensure seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, and key projects.

Success in this role calls for exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the organisation of meetings ensuring all arrangements are confirmed. This includes supporting the preparation of events such as Sales Road Shows / conferences, customer related events and managing communications / announcement as required
- Travel Management: Organise and co-ordinate all travel requirements including booking flights, accommodation, car transfers and visas where applicable
- General Administrative support: Manage incoming telephone calls, key & critical customer EA communications. Supporting critical after-hours requirements, prepare and submit expense claims monitoring spend against budget, supporting budget management

**About you**
- Extensive experience in a similar role requiring Executive / senior level administrative support skills
- Experience working in large, complex organisations with matrix reporting will be highly regarded
- High initiative and proactivity in managing and liaising with executive priorities and communications
- Exceptional ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Strong ability to work for and manage multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Post-secondary qualifications in office management or, business related discipline would be well regarded
