Wellify Property Care is a trusted provider of high-quality residential cleaning and garden maintenance across multiple states in Australia. We are growing year-on-year and looking for a proactive Coordinator to support our operations in South Australia.

**About the Role**:
As a Coordinator at Wellify Property Care, you will assist our Account Manager by playing a key role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, customer service, and scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate schedules, bookings, and workflow for our residential cleaning teams
- Assist with general administration tasks, data entry, and record-keeping
- Communicate with clients and staff to ensure service delivery runs smoothly
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks as required

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrator, or coordinator like roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to our scheduling software
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
