**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu seeks a Product Support Advisor for our Rio Tinto contract, responsible for ensuring the well-being of the Komatsu equipment fleet of trucks, loaders & excavators including 830E, 930E, PC4000, PC5500, WA900, WA1200.

Duties include offering on-the-job technical support, addressing fault finding, major component replacements, and aiding personnel with parts sourcing and technical information challenges

**Roster & Location**:FIFO from Perth,** **we’re offering an 8/6 day shift only roster and encompass various sites, including relief roles.

**Salary**: $160 000 - $170 000 base (inclusive of allowance) + bonus + super.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Monitoring and reporting on the daily downtime of the machine fleet at the site.
- Involvement in the repair process for local dealer machinery.
- Assisting customers in the administration of the Komatsu warranty process.
- Understanding and forecasting scheduled downtime.
- Providing weekly site updates for both customers and Komatsu management.
- Optimizing machine performance.
- Monitoring machine systems.

**What we are looking for**:

- Trade Qualification in mechanical or electrical with exposure to heavy mobile equipment.
- Mining industry experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment.
- Exhibit self-motivation, initiative, and a collaborative team spirit, driven by a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
- Uphold consistently high standards of customer service, actively promoting Komatsu Products and Services.
