The company specialises in the Civil Service Delivery, Design, Construction and Maintenance Services of their live projects in Sydney. The company priorities sustainability throughout their networks as well as improving the facilities and infrastructure of the surrounding communities.

**The Role**
As the Business Intelligence and Risk Lead, you will be responsible for tracking business growth and development as well as predicting and identifying risks while implementing risk management strategies.

Your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

- Providing business intelligence advice to management and the business development team
- Identifying potential risks in business performance
- Supporting data strategies and risk management plans
- Keeping up to date on project scheduling in order to effectively understand and identify risks
- Drive innovation by facilitating workshops and initiatives to improve the business's commercial growth
- Provide assessments and improvements for new and existing systems and processes within the business
- Analyse data and project metrics to identify trends relevant to project performance
- Encourage optimal business performance amongst the team and the wider company
- Managing and tracking KPI's across the project contract

**About You**
- Able to effectively quantify large data sets
- Business-minded with demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence/Analysis, Risk Management, Asset Management or similar
- Experience in using BI software to manage your work
- Innovative, savvy, and dedicated to improving business performance
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous or current experience in a civil project delivery role
- Have an understanding of ISO 33001 risk management practices
- Organised and able to work under pressure when needed
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Existing knowledge of civil engineering or construction service delivery projects
