**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead group fitness classes (HIIT and Boxing) with a focus on delivering fun, dynamic, and safe workouts.
- Provide clear, motivating instructions, demonstrating proper form and techniques to ensure the safety and effectiveness of each exercise.
- Adapt and create new workout routines based on trends and participant feedback, ensuring variety and challenge.
- Foster a supportive and energetic atmosphere in class, engaging with participants and building community.
- Monitor participant progress and offer encouragement, modifications, or adjustments to ensure everyone is working at their appropriate fitness level.
- Conduct proper warm-up and cool-down routines to prevent injury and enhance recovery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the class space and any fitness equipment.
- Be punctual, prepared, and professional in all interactions with participants and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Must be ABN registered
- Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent) and/or Group Fitness Instructor Certification from a recognised Australian organisation
- Experience teaching group fitness classes is highly preferred
- Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to modify exercises for a variety of fitness levels, ages, and abilities.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- A passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to demonstrate exercises and movements for the duration of the class.
- Capable of lifting and setting up equipment when required.
- Comfort with leading physically demanding classes and working in a group environment.
