**Service Coordinator NSW**

H-E Parts International Crushing Solutions Pty Ltd is a major supplier of crushing equipment, spare parts and wear products, remanufactured components and consumables to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. A subsidiary of the H-E Parts International Group and part of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, we have branches in WA and Queensland, as well as remote teams based in NSW and Victoria.

**We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter and/or Boilermaker with Sales or Service experience to join our Orange Field Service Division on a permanent basis.**

We are a rapidly growing company so the position will continue to develop and build the NSW Service division, identify future service business opportunities and clients.

**Role Expectations**:

- Provide solutions and services for existing customers as well as creating new business opportunities.
- Ensure the preparation, management and execution of all repairs, commissioning, and installation of equipment.
- Ensure sufficient manpower and resources levels are in place.
- Provide engineering expertise and costing for quotations as and when required.
- Monitor quoting and costs of jobs with a focus on reducing overtime and lost time
- Assist the Service Manager with forecasting and budgets.
- Assist in identifying capital resource requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to the NSW Sales team as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Trade qualification in mechanical fitting, boilermaker or equivalent (preferably multi-disciplined).
- Minimum of 3 year’s specific crusher experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental management.
- Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of the complexities of managing a mixed mode manufacturing and service business.
- Established network of relevant sub-contractors and vendors.
- Previous experience in a sales environment dealing with internal and external customers.
- Previous experience in stock management and pricing strategies.
- Previous experience in running a workshop facility
