Executive Assistant Finance, Consumer
**How will I help?**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to provide executive co-ordination and support to the Chief Finance Officer of Consumer and leadership team. The role is a central point of contact for the Consumer team including across other senior leaders, finance and our partners. The role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Organise meetings or event room bookings, guests, catering, travel management and or equipment (as required) including supporting the LT or broader team
- Timely and accurate expense management - invoice approvals, pCards, eBuy, WEAPS, etc
- Update CFO on matters requiring urgent or personal attention, with associated deadlines and relevant documentation
- Manage Distribution Lists, secure / restricted site, meeting rooms, drives and other access
- Finalisation of papers and timely delivery to GE Consumer office or Company Secretariat for distribution to Board and other Group Committees and forums
- Ensure on / off-boarding is accurately reflected in PeopleHQ (including new hires, transfers, secondment, separations)
- Ensure remuneration changes, leave, people structures, training, compliance, Motivate requirements are clearly communicated and met

**What do I need?**
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF (Nitro) packages.
- Relevant experience in providing executive level administrative support.
- Comfortable operating at an Executive level and managing to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in prioritising, organising and managing multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to work with and manage sensitive and confidential information and conversations.
- Ability to operate through on-going change
