In this role you will lead the development, implementation and review of a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) strategy for the Lands Division of over 750 statewide staff, in accordance with public sector's 'be healthy, be safe, be well' framework and the relevant legislation.

You will be partnering with Lands Division staff across the state, colleagues in other divisions, the departmental Safety and Wellbeing team and external stakeholders to ensure consistency across the department.

You will support managers to build a culture of safety of work as part of their daily operations.
