We are looking for passionate Wine Waiters to join our vibrant team at Carlotta. If you have an appreciation for exceptional food and wine, thrive in high-pressure service, and love creating memorable guest experiences, this is the role for you. About Carlotta
Carlotta is a distinctly Australian celebration of Mediterranean flavours and hospitality. Inspired by the trattorias and tavernas along the European coastline, Carlotta channels the generous spirit of Mediterranean dining. Our menu encourages shared feasting, featuring antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, complemented by a custom-made wood oven from Naples at the heart of the kitchen.
- Experience as section waitstaff in a premium restaurant
- A keen interest or demonstrated passion for wine
- Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional service skills with a strong guest focus
- Adaptability and a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- WSET certification or similar (advantageous but not essential)
