I am seeking an experienced Agile/Lean Coach in Melbourne/Sydney to take up a role for a period of 6 months with a view of extension.
**Your day at NTT**
- Experience in teaching Agile values and Agile/Lean principles across multiple domains and to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience coaching at scale and transforming individuals, squads, crews and lines of business
- Effective communicator with the ability to listen, lead, negotiate and influence
- Engaging and persuasive communicators who can ‘think on their feet’. Strong visual communicator who has the ability to see ‘the big picture’.
- The ability to think critically and challenge conventional thought using initiative and problem-solving skills
- Change management and RAID management skills
- Proven experience in managing complex implementation of Agile and DevSecOps transformations in large organisations
- The ability to gather data and use it meaningfully.
- The ability to coach and mentor in a positive, supporting way to IT team members and accepted as an expert and trusted advisor to the wider community.
**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Understanding and experience in implementing Agile at scale with the ability to guide and lead the necessary cultural and organisational changes
- Sufficient experience in an agile delivery and DevSecOps environment to be credible as a coach and mentor to other team members. It is expected this would be at least 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in a full time coach role.
- Knowledge of the theoretical basis of facilitation and other soft skills and techniques and the ability to communicate that to an audience
