**The Opportunity**

You will work within our Schools division, alongside our team of experienced consultants. You are responsible for building business and supporting a new market in Ballarat. Based out of either Melbourne, Geelong, or Ballarat; this role will require travel to Ballarat to meet with schools, educators and to participate in networking events or Melbourne to work alongside our current recruitment team.

**Largely speaking, you will**:

- Lead the development of new business generation
- Attract, onboard and market exceptional educators, while fostering professional relationships that build educator capacity and support achievement of career objectives.
- Manage vacancies of our clients and develop relationships to effectively meet the staffing needs of each setting
- Build and implement effective strategy that supports company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Education market knowledge and experience - _ideal_
- A successful history in recruitment or sales
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Growth mindset and drive to succeed
- Valid Driver's License and Working with Children Check
