**What You’ll Be Working On**

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about building inclusive, well-connected communities through strategic leadership and collaborative engagement. You will lead the development and delivery of innovative programs at the Mosman Community Centre, ensuring services are accessible, outcome-focused, and responsive to community needs. You will also oversee key funding agreements, manage a multidisciplinary team, and play a central role in strengthening partnerships with stakeholders across government, non-government, and community sectors.

This strategic role involves managing the Mosman Community Centre as a dynamic and welcoming hub, supervising a committed team and developing innovative community partnerships and programs that respond to emerging needs.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience in leading community development initiatives and managing staff and services in dynamic environments. You will have tertiary qualifications in Community Development or Human Services and a proven ability to oversee government-funded programs, including CHSP and NDIS, with a strong focus on achieving social impact.

Your experience with grants and contract management, coupled with a person-centred and enablement-focused approach, will be essential to driving continuous improvement and inclusive service delivery.

This position requires a current Working with Children Check. A National Police Check will be undertaken by Council as part of the recruitment process.
