Mosman, Australia Capra Coaching Education Full time

From 3:30 in the afternoon, our centre fills with students, tutors, parents, grandparents, nannies and au pairs and we are looking for someone to help keep things running smoothly.

**Responsibilities will initially include**:

- greeting students, parents and tutors when they arrive at the centre;
- assisting tutors to prepare their resources (printing, photocopying);
- keeping the centre clean and tidy (replacing whiteboard erasers and markers, emptying bins, refilling the water fountain);
- ordering stationary; and
- answering phone calls and taking messages.

**Over time, you will also become capable of**:

- scheduling lessons between students and tutors using our scheduling software;
- raising invoices, reconciling payments and becoming familiar with our accounting software (Xero);
- making sales to new clients.
- outstanding communication skills, including a confident and pleasant phone manner and a clear and succinct writing style;
- be self motivated with high levels of initiative;
- warm, friendly and well presented;
- good problem solver and logical thinker;
- be familiar with the NSW high school syllabus

Critically, the ideal applicant will be excited to learn and progressively take on more responsibility, as there is scope for the role to grow with you with great focus on leadership skills. This position will eventually evolve into a Team Leader/Office Manager role at the centre.

The **role is well suited to**:students studying online**, as this allows for flexibility in availability but all university students that meet the requirements above and have flexibility in their timetables are welcome to apply;

**The hours will be**:approximately 8-10 hours/week

Fridays 3pm-6pm

Saturdays 9am-2pm

**Rates** start at $27 per hour (super inclusive), increasing once competency is demonstrated in the administrative assistant role.
