Most importantly, we are looking for tutors that truly care about their students and are dedicated to helping them improve their confidence and work towards their academic goals.

If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you

**We have particular need for English tutors (Years 7-12) available to tutor in-person at our Mosman centre.**

We generally look for tutors that:

- have achieved an ATAR (or equivalent) of 95+, OR
- are studying/have recently completed a degree in Education

**Hours**

You will have the convenience and independence of working in your own private room at our centre in Mosman which is open Monday to Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturdays/Sundays 9am-5pm. Your students will be coming to you, removing the wasteful hours of travel time which are unavoidable as a freelance tutor and allowing you to tutor more students in less time. We will also handle all scheduling issues, allowing you to focus purely on delivering high quality lessons when at the centre.

We understand the demands of uni schedules so our tutors are free to choose the days and hours they would like to work. We only require a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week. Most of our tutors work around 8-12 hours a week, but this is entirely up to you.

- A short cover letter introducing yourself, including any previous experience and qualifications and why you are interested in tutoring at Capra
- Attach a copy of your HSC results and ATAR (or equivalent).
- The number of days and hours available for tutoring per week (specify weekdays/weekends).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 10/02/2025
