The Role

We are looking for outstanding retailers, who will help drive our business to new heights.

This role will report to the Store Manager with main responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Achieving store sales targets.
- Ensure a high level of merchandising at all times which is in line with visual merchandising provided by relevant parties.
- Ensure inventory is managed effectively.

Required Skill Set
- Strong sales background with a passion for selling.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills demonstrated through previous roles (i.e., someone who leads by example
- Demonstrated time management skills.

**Salary**: From $24.76 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are encouraged to wear a face mask. Hand sanitiser available. Cleaning of high traffic areas, Click and collect available.

**Experience**:

- retail: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
