**The Role**

CSI Mining Services are offering a unique opportunity for a **Leading Hand, Boilermaker **to join our team Workshop is located in the Kwinana industrial precinct adjacent to Kwinana Beach.

Principal activities undertaken include supporting a small team ensuring budgets and deadlines are met, able to follow and give clear instructions, reading and interpreting technical drawings, conducting prestart meetings with the crew, promoting safety standards and supporting safety KPI’s.

**Knowledge, skills and qualifications we are looking for**:

- Australian or Australian Recognized Trade Qualification
- Experience in a workshop environment; ideally with crushers, gear boxes, conveyor systems, screens and related fixed plant machinery
- Proven experience leading and mentoring of small teams
- Demonstrated safety behaviors
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Unlimited Australian working rights
